Price : Pre payment is required on all first time orders. Where credit has been approved, terms of payment are net 30 days. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due invoices. If we do not have adequate credit information to establish a credit line, our selling terms are 50% deposit on the balance due prior to shipment. We also accept VISA or MASTER CARD.

Confirmation of Orders : All orders must be confirmed in writing with purchase order and number. No orders will be accepted verbally. Any changes made to an order must be submitted and approved in writing. Any order that requires a paper proof will maintain the original delivery date if the signed proof is returned within 24 hour period (doeas not apply to rush orders). A delay in the return of the signed proof may require an extended lead-time for the order, or rush charges may apply.

Production : Please refer to specific  product page for production time.Production days refer to opening, working days, and do not include weekends or holidays.

PRODUCTION DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING DAYS.

Printing Minimums : Less than catalogue minimum quantity available, please call for custom quote on lower quantities.
 
 
Over-runs and Under-runs: Since careful inspection at the factory often results in pieces being discarded, we reserve the right to over-ship or under-ship +/- 10% on all orders. For orders with exact quantities please add 5% to price.

Labels and Logos : Each Boogiebag will have a label sewn into it,bearing our logo.

Samples : All samples are shipped via Canada Post unless a courier number and specific instructions are supplied. Random Sample charges may apply. Sample kits are also available and charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled unless written authorization is received. Any work that has been done will be billed at accumulated cost. In addition, a cancellation fee of $50(G)will apply.

Shipping : All Canadian orders are F.O.B. Montreal factory and all US orders are F.O.B.Champlain NY. Unless specified, shipping will be prepaid and billed at cost of freight plus carrying charge. For overnight shipments we require customer's courier account number. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.

- No C.O.D. orders accepted.
- Split shipments :add $6.50(G) per location.
- Shipments to residential locations :add $4.50(G)per box.
- Shipments to rural locations :add$6.50(G)per box.
- If shippingmethod is not specified, we reserve the right to ship overnight air serviceto meet your deadline.
- Address correction after shipping will incur a charge back of $8.50(G)per box.

Return Policy : Returns are subject to approval. Please contact APF Marketing for a return authorization number and instructions. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
